Flights, friends, snow, and mail!

Dear Ruth the Van,

I got to hang out with dad today while he ran some errands on his day off. It was fun for the three of us to be together on an adventure. He said he wanted to get mom some bear spray.

Mom said it snowed all day while we were gone, she stayed home to work and do laundry. I didn’t even get a long walk today, and I’m ok with that.

We got a care package from my favorite aunt Sabrina this week, and there were even treats for me in there!! It made mom really happy, it was full of stuff from home.

Mom also got a card with a picture of me on it from her parents. I personally think I’m an excellent model.

One of mom and dads friend came to visit on Sunday. He lives in Anchorage right now, and I got to get some pets from him while he was here. He got to ride in the front of the plane with dad for his first ever revenue flight on his own! Dad said the landing was kinda bouncy, but Jim said it was ok. Dad said it was Jim’s fault for filming the landing. Hehehe

Spring is weird in Alaska. I heard people talking about really big mosquitos coming soon…..

    Dear Maverick, My mom and dad were so excited to read your post. By the way they agree you are a good model. That small human thing has been at my house three times this week. Between sleeping in my bed under some big thing, trying to eat and dodge that thing I am about pooped. I am ready for some me time after today. Mom and dad seem to love that small human but I don’t like it when he takes their attention away from me. But I am gentle with it because they act like I should be. I know where my food comes from. 🐈Mom told dad she was so happy you got all those treats and other things from some aunt of yours. Also, your dad got a truck whatever that is. Personally I never get in those big things. Well no other news here. Oh yea I did throw up a big hairball on mom’s big table. She wasn’t happy but what  am I supposed to do. Jump down mid throw up.Well on that note I will say meow. Time to poop and run crazy through the house while that small human sleeps.Roy the cat 🐈
