Maverick and Ruth

Dear Mom,

We woke up to a lot of slippery snow this morning in our parking lot. Montana got a lot of snow last night and today, and part of the drive was really slow going. I heard dad complaining about the really slow traffic on the pass into Bozeman.

Dad found a deli bakery for lunch outside of Bozeman. He was really excited about buying a huge cinnamon roll…..I’m hoping he shares some of it with me.

We decided to get a campsite at a state park in Whitefish, MT for the night so we can have a break from the driving and stretch our legs.
