Tom’s first glacier landing on the Ruth Glacier

Dear Ruth the Van,

Dad got to start glacier landing training this week, and they let mom tag along. She said it was super cool getting to fly around all of those mountains. The glaciers name is Ruth, how cool is that?!?!

She said dad did an awesome job, it sounds like landing on glaciers is super cool (and a little bumpy).

Don’t be jealous, but dad got a truck to drive while he is here, I bet you could use the break, and now mom doesn’t have to drive him to work anymore. No offense, but I love having a truck to hang my head out the back window while we drive down the road. Don’t worry, we will still take plenty of trips with you!

    A truck! All men need a truck! I love riding in the truck. Your mom and me agreed Ruth made this trip possible. She is the GOAT: Greatest of All Time.

    Dad hooted and hollered at the glacier images. He ruined my nap. He does that. Mom groaned like she was going to have to do something scary in a plane. They are so weird. I mean, it’s not like a raccoon ran across the back porch? Or going for a ride in the truck!
